Are any of these peek genuinely going without calls and have no one. I know there must be a criteria. Does staff read their profiles.

Lot of inmates do their bid all alone. No one to call, to write, or visit them. The criteria is that they are property of the state or the United States (in federal). The staff isn't interested in the mudane social life of a con, the COs don't work that hard. Reading profiles would be over and above their job description.
