The lines come to you via email. The prisons will not normally pass along a telephone number to an inmate so you have to get them the new number. InmateAid will give you a coupon to write your inmate and notify them of the new telephone number to use.
The savings results vary depending on the prison, your location and the prison telephone system they use. If you want an honest estimate of what the cost of the calls might be and if there will be any savings, send your telephone number and the name and state of the facility via email to Aid@inmateAID.com.
