My friend is in the process of moving to a different facility and I want to send him an online letter using InmateAID, will he still receive it or should I wait?

InmateAid's long standing policy is that if your inmate gets moved and the service or merchandise you sent gets caught in the move, InmateAid will replace or resend EVERYTHING at no charge whatsoever. Just drop us an email to aid@inmateaid.com and we will make the chages and resend your inmate the thoughtful letters or postcards.
