You can send as many sexy pictures as you want - they are definitely allowed in federal prison, but you cannot show any private parts (they will get rejected). Pictures of yourself in a bikini or lingerie, inmates love them. But, remember that the pictures are reviewed and approved by staff members in the mail room - so keep it classy.
