How can i get information or speak to him, they also have some thing that blocks cell phones, and it allows them to hear the conversations! do i call a cell phone or is that to risky?

Inmates are often able to get cellphones smuggled into prison. This is extremely risky and not worth the penalty that comes with getting caught. This administration has made a cellphone possession in a penal facility a felony and will add more years to an inmate's sentence. In some situations, the facility can classify possession of a cellphone aiding in an escape or continuing a criminal enterprise. The inmate that gets caught will likely get 6 months to a year in the SHU, they will definitely get shipped to a more remote facility with higher security classification and most if not all privileges suspended. It's just not worth it, but inmates will always rationalize breaking the rules as they are already locked up - but the time they serve WILL get worse.
