Wynonna Judd's Daughter Sentenced to 8 Years in Prison

Grace Pauline Kelley, 22, was sentenced for violating probation.

June 28, 2018

Grace Pauline Kelley, the daughter of country music singer Wynonna Judd, was sentenced to eight years for violating probation on drug charges. A West Tennessee State Penitentiary rep confirmed to Billboard that Kelley, 22, was sentenced to probation on May 26, 2017 in Williamson County, after she pled guilty to manufacturing, delivering, selling and possessing methamphetamine.

Her probation was revoked on February 8, 2018 and she entered the Tennessee Department of Correction custody on Feb. 28, 2018. Her plea deal involved a suspended sentence which she could serve on probation after 30 days in jail and 180 days at an in-patient rehab facility.

She violated probation after leaving the court-mandated drug recovery program at the rehab facility in November ahead of her scheduled completion of the program. Kelley is scheduled to be released on Aug. 10, 2025, but is up for parole on Feb. 4, 2019.
