The FCRP-Sante Fe Springs is overseen by the California Department of Corrections and consists of six community-based programs that supervise both pre-sentenced and sentenced offenders, prioritizing public safety and cost-effective alternatives to incarceration. However, to benefit from the program, all participants must reside at the FCRP facility.
Under the oversight of the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), final decisions regarding program placements are made, and the CDCR retains the right to remove participants from the program as necessary. FCRP stands as a vital initiative, offering eligible female individuals a pathway to reintegrate into society while receiving essential rehabilitative services to support their successful transition.
