The Federal Correctional Institution, Elkton (FCI Elkton) is a low-security federal prison for male inmates located near Elkton, Ohio. Operated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, it also has an adjacent satellite prison camp for low and minimum-security male inmates. FCI Elkton is known for its Sex Offender Management Program (SOMP) and was opened in 1997.

Notable inmates at FCI Elkton include William J. Platz, who distributed images of minors involved in sexual conduct and was charged for the offense in 2010. Another inmate is Peter Gotti, serving a 25-year sentence for extortion and planning a murder related to his involvement in the Gambino crime family.

The facility's library services include legal reference materials via the TRULINCS Electronic Law Library, with inmate law library clerks available for assistance. FCI Elkton also has a UNICOR facility that provides proofreading and editing services.

Recreation services include indoor and outdoor activities, intramural sports leagues, hobby craft programs, and health education programs, offering opportunities for inmate engagement and well-being.
