To find an ICE inmate, please use the Detainee Locator System

ICE recommends you use the A-Number search. If you know the detainee's A-Number, it must be exactly nine digits long. If the A-Number has fewer than nine digits, please add zeros at the beginning. When searching by name, a detainee's first and last names are required and must be an exact match (e.g., John Doe will not find Jon Doe or John Doe-Smith). You are also required to select the detainee's correct Country of Birth. (cannot search for records of persons under the age of 18).

The inmates housed at this facility are placed according to their custody level (determined by a number of factors including the length of their sentence and the past criminal history). There are ample educational and vocational training programs for all inmates.

HDC operates onsite to meet most of the inmate's needs, including dietary, health, fitness, education, religious practices, entertainment, and many others. Most private prisons are kept in top condition as they are constantly subjected to rigorous inspections and would like to keep a clean record to maintain government contra

Expand/Contract Questions and Answers

Medical Unit - Our practice is that all medical matters involving medical judgment are the sole provinces of the medical contractor. The facility has a nurse on duty 24 hours a day who is responsible for medical services. The medical service includes non-emergency and emergency medical service, mental health services, dental service, medication and prescription services.

Chaplaincy Program - Our practice is to offer a non-denominational religious service, religious education, prayer sessions, and counseling to inmates. The service is provided by the Henderson Police Department’s Chaplains program and approved volunteers. A non-denominational service is conducted on Sundays at the designated scheduled times.

Classification - Our practice is to maintain a classification system that ensures public, staff and inmate safety. A system that classifies prisoners fairly and consistently according to the prisoner’s individual custodial management and program needs.
