The United States Penitentiary, Florence High (USP Florence High) is a high-security federal prison for male inmates situated in Colorado. Operated by the BOP, it is part of the Florence Federal Correctional Complex (FCC Florence), covering 49 acres of land and accommodating various facilities with differing security levels. Named "Florence High" to distinguish it from the federal supermax prison, United States Penitentiary, Florence ADX, within the same complex.

FCC Florence is located in Fremont County, CO, positioned 90 miles south of Denver. USP Florence High houses approximately 600 male inmates within its 390,020-square-foot premises. The prison is secured by a perimeter fence, seven guard towers, and a patrol road. Facilities within the prison include health services, educational program areas, visitation spaces, laundry, a barbershop, a commissary, a chapel, a Special Housing Unit (SHU), and an exercise area.
