Visitation at the county or regional juvenile facility is restricted to immediate family members only, including mothers, fathers, sisters, and brothers. The visitation guidelines are stringent, and it is advisable to contact the facility staff to ascertain specific limitations. For information on visitation schedules, visiting room regulations, and other relevant details about your visit, please contact 817-838-4610. The facility staff will provide comprehensive guidance to ensure a smooth and compliant visitation experience.
Monday through Friday 2:30 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. - Visitation will end at 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. - 5:45 p.m. - Visitation will end at 6 p.m.
Exceptions to regularly scheduled visitation hours must be pre-approved by the Facility Administrator at the request of each resident's assigned Juvenile Probation Officer. Exceptions may be made for families to visit outside of the normal visitation hours prior to a youth leaving for placement or the Texas Juvenile Justice Department, a family's regular work schedule that conflicts with visitation hours, serious transportation issues or critical family emergencies.
Delays in visitation may occur if you come to visit during regularly scheduled meals or detention hearings. Delays may occur if your child is currently in a psychological evaluation, drug or medical assessment at the time you arrive.

Detention visitation is visually supervised. We request and require the cooperation of every visitor by following the rules of visitation in order to maintain the safety and security of our residents, visitors and staff.
