Visitation Hours
Visiting hours for Hutto RC are subject to change, so it's crucial to confirm them by contacting the facility directly by phone. Please reach out to 512-218-3100, on visitation procedures, applications, or directions to the facility in Taylor. Please note that visitors will undergo a thorough search before entering the premises, and personal belongings, including cell phones, are strictly prohibited. Individuals under probation, parole, or community corrections supervision must obtain approval from both their supervising officer and the superintendent before visiting, although such visits are not typically approved.

Visitation
Mondays - Fridays: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Adult visitors must present a valid, verifiable government-issued identification card to enter the facility.
- Minors who are visiting the facility must be accompanied by an adult guardian (18 years or older). Minors must not be left unaccompanied in the waiting room, visiting room or any other area.
Dress Code for Visitors
Female Visitors
- Shorts shall cover customarily covered areas of the anatomy, including the buttocks and crotch area, both when standing and sitting. Shorts no higher than mid-thigh comply. “Short shorts,” jogging shorts, cut-offs, and other inappropriate short garments are prohibited.
- Skirts and dresses shall extend no higher than mid-thigh when the wearer is seated.
- Slits in skirts and dresses shall rise no higher than mid-thigh when the wearer is seated.
- Sheer (see-through) clothing is prohibited.
- The top of shirts and dresses (excluding straps) shall be no lower than the underarms in the front and back. Bare midriffs and strapless tops, tube tops and swimsuits are prohibited.
- Shoes shall be worn at all times.
- Gang “colors” and other gang displays are prohibited.
Male Visitors
