Automated scheduling visitation instructions
To make a visit using the automated system, you will first need to know the inmate’s 6-digit booking number. If you do not know the inmate’s booking number, the number can be found by clicking the link: Inmate Information Search Page.

If you still need assistance, the visitation operator is generally available to take your call from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. and 5 to 9 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday only.

Please note that inmates are allowed only two visitors, one visit per day. Appointments must be made by 9 p.m. before the day a visit is requested.

Multiple appointments made in advance by the same visitor or over two weeks in advance are prohibited. Inmates may not be eligible to receive a visit if they have violated certain rules and regulations of the institution or if they have not yet completed a visitor’s request card.

To schedule a visit using the automated scheduling system, your name must appear on the inmate’s visitor card and it must be spelled correctly. If the system does not recognize your name, you may transfer your call to the operator. Inmates fill out their visitor card during their intake orientation, which usually occurs within three days after they are admitted to custody.

Inmates are permitted up to five visitors on their card at one time. Inmates are also permitted to update their card every 30 days.

All visitors are advised to check-in at the Video Visitation Building located next to the Branch Jail at 1300A Red John Drive. Check in five minutes prior to the appointment. Visitors will not be permitted to enter the Visitation Center once their visitation period has started.
