Inmate Telephone Calls - NYC Corrections
This facility does not use an outside phone company for inmate calling. Inmates will need to have funds sent into their commissary/trust account to make calls.
You can fund this account through JPay.com.
Once your inmate has money in their account they may go to the commissary and buy phone cards. The phone cards will allow your inmate to dial out.
