Umatilla Co Juvenile Detention is for County Juvenile offenders have not been sentenced yet and are detained here until their case is heard.

The Umatilla County Juvenile Detention is a medium to low-security detention center located at 817 SE 13th St Pendleton, OR that is operated locally by the Juvenile Justice Department and holds youths awaiting the determination of punishment for the crimes which they are accused. Most of the adolescents are here for less than two years.
The Juvenile Services Division is committed to protecting the public by holding youth offenders accountable while providing opportunities for reformation and rehabilitation. We are committed to providing opportunities for youth offenders and their families to utilize programs and services to prevent and reduce juvenile delinquency. We utilize interagency cooperation and community partnerships. We are further committed to the protection of youth, assisting Services to Children and Families with dependency matters.
