General Visitation Information
Ashland County Jail - Visitation
The Ashland County Jail uses ICSolutions Video Visitation for family and friends to visit an inmate at their convenience. All visits are 30 minutes. Visits can be scheduled online or in the night lobby on the registration computer. Off-site visits take place from a home computer with a video camera or by a mobile device with a camera. A $10.00 fee will apply for off-site visits.
For no fee, you are able to schedule a visit online or in the night lobby and then come to the Sheriff's Office using one of the two video visitation kiosks for your visit. When you come in, make sure you have your visitor code to log in to your visit.

VIDEO VISITATION INFORMATION
- All Visitations are subject to audio/video monitoring and/or recording.
- Any minor children will be kept with the adult visitor at all times.
- Minors 16 years of age and over may register and visit by themselves
- All visitors must be registered on icsolutions.com and added to the visit.
- Visitor names must be their own information for records.
- Visitors must schedule for visits a minimum of 24 hours in advance and up to two weeks out
ATTORNEY VISITATION
- Attorneys and public defenders may visit his/her client at all reasonable times, both daytime and evenings.
- Attorneys should have a State of Ohio Bar Association card as identification to check-in.
- If an attorney or public defender chooses to use video visitation, all visits are recorded.
CLERGY VISITATION
- Clergy are allowed to visit inmates at all reasonable times, both daytime and evenings.
- Clergy must have the proper credentials to visit an inmate
