Family members must first create their own user account. Once confirmed, they can go into the Search InmateAid Profiles and find your brother's name. On his Profile page they click on Follow Inmate next to the Send a Letter button and will now be in his circle. The profile should be enhanced by the person who set up the Profile with the books, magazines and newspapers that he likes to read. It works like a wedding registry giving options that others in the family may choose to send him.
