How does the letter service work and how do they write back?
So if I'm writing a letter over the internet does my bf get to view it on a computer I'm there? And does he reply back through a computer or like paper letter.
Inmates do not have internet access. Our service converts your message into a printed letter and gets to your inmate through the US Mail. Inmates may write you back to your address or to ours. If they send it to InmateAid, we scan it into your account and email you of it's there.
