Tailored for adult female felony drug offenders, the program operates in three phases. Phase I focuses on intensive substance abuse treatment, Phase II emphasizes employment, and Phase III centers on community re-entry.

A variety of programs and services are provided, including workshops, support groups, addiction education, anger management, Bible study, employment assistance, family development, health and fitness, job placement, and relapse prevention planning.

Collaborations with community partners such as Al-Anon Recovery, Alcoholics Anonymous, churches, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and employment agencies enhance support and resources, aiming to empower female inmates to overcome substance abuse and successfully reintegrate into society.
