I recently made a purchase for minutes on an inmates phone line. A few days ago I received an email stating that the transaction was void because the inmate was already local to the phone number I provided. I appreciate the integrity, and the service I have received from you, It's refreshing to see a company that is honest and is looking out for the best interest of its customers.

i will be switching to INMATE AID, prison solutions is terrible customer service and they charged me 4 times the amount that i would have paid here , .,......... PS... if your a boss at inmate aid, over customer service you need to promote the dude by the name of SCOTT who ever he is and let him train the rest of your people ive never been so pleased by customer service than i was today .. thanks scott and inmate aid, not many websites these days you can trust this is one of them

On the phone with customer service as we speak,and ill tell you i wouldn't post this if it wasn't true but i was blown away by the honesty, and integrity and down right ..... what do i say im lost for words, these people are are so helpful that instead of taking my money dude looked up my current provider and the phone number they gave me to save money and said that inmate AID couldn't save me any more money than i was saving so i didn't purchase a plan but i promise when my 3 month service plan is up with PRISON SOLUTIONS - i will be switching to INMATE AID, prison solutions has terrible customer service and they charged me 4 times the amount that i would have paid here
