This is a great option for communicating with your inmate. The add image selection tab doesnt work. It would make it so much better than sending thru reg mail. Also, the discount phone account system sucks! It may be great for long timers but too expensive to use for short timers. Needs to have a better selection to choose for minimum $$ to load on the account.

I love this site!..I wrote earlier, "I wish that they would allow you to get one free incoming letter from your inmate just to help people like me who are seriously broke and almost homeless. I have 2 letters from my son that been sitting in my account and I have no money to read them. But I still really like this site and will use it whenever I have the money and for as long as my son is incarcerated" - YOU SENT ME THE LETTERS FOR FREE!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THE GENEROSITY, WOW!!! I talked to you a few months ago and y'all looked up how much the bill would be and you compared to yours and I wouldn't have saved any money.
