Visitation Hours

Visiting hours for Northern Regional Jail are subject to change, so it's crucial to confirm them by contacting the facility directly by phone. Please reach out to 304-843-4067, on visitation procedures, applications, or directions to the facility in Moundsville. Please note that visitors will undergo a thorough search before entering the premises, and personal belongings, including cell phones, are strictly prohibited. Individuals under probation, parole, or community corrections supervision must obtain approval from both their supervising officer and the superintendent before visiting, although such visits are not typically approved.

WV DOC - Northern Correctional Facility (NCC) - Visitation

Appointments required for SUNDAY, MONDAY & WEDNESDAY visitation, visitors must call 304-843-6378.

TELEPHONE REGISTRATION:

  • Tuesdays from 8:00AM - 9:00AM for a Wednesday Visit
  • Thursdays from 8:00AM - 9:00AM for a Sunday/Monday Visit

Each inmate may receive only one (1) visit per day.

Visitors should arrive at the facility at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled visitation time.

All visitation rules will be followed, or the visit will be terminated.
