How can I calculate the approximate release date of my inmate?

How can I calculate the approximate release date of my inmate. His TE date is 08/20/2021. He signed 09/13/2018 and is still in county jail waiting to go to prison.

We're figuring the sentence is about 35 months, and normally they get an automatic 15% good time credit. Therefore, 85% of that would be 29.75 months. Guessing the release date somewhere at March 2021
