How do I check my inmate phone balance?

The balance of minutes available on the InmateAid Discount Telephone Service may be requested by email to aid@inmateaid.com. If you are close to or exceeding the minute plan, InmateAid will send you notification or Invoice detailing the overage minutes. If you are exceeding the 300-minute Monthly Plan, the better option is to switch to the Quarterly plan which means you pay another $39.90 for the next two months ($19.95 x 2) and receive the 1000 minute/month plan. Each month is for 1000 minutes. When we upgrade you to the Quarterly Plan which - it effectively erases the overage fees by completing the payment for the entire three months now.
