The number is delivered three ways simultaneously, and checking all three will resolve this quickly.

First, check your email inbox for a message from InmateAid. It should arrive within about an hour of your purchase. If you do not see it in your main inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Messages from new senders, especially first time purchases, frequently get filtered there before your email provider learns to recognize them.

Second, check for a text message on the phone number you registered with your account. InmateAid sends an SMS notification with the number at the same time as the email.

Third, log into your InmateAid account and check your dashboard. The phone number assigned to your account is displayed there and is accessible any time you need to reference it, not just at the time of purchase.

If you have checked all three places and still cannot locate the number, the most likely explanation is that the email went to spam and the text went to a number that may not have been entered correctly during signup. In that case email aid@inmateaid.com directly with the email address you used to create your account and the team will pull up your account, confirm the number that was issued, and get it to you right away.

Once you have the number, remember that your inmate will need to add it to their approved call list at the facility before the first call can come through. That process takes a few days depending on the carrier.
