im not on the visitation list and hes my bf in central counties youth center in bellefonte how do i get on the list or can i call and ask if i can go visit him with my mom

We are not hopeful that they will allow you to visit. Normally, juvenile facilities only allow the immediate family members to visit. They expressly do not allow girlfriends and/or other youths they knew before their detention to visit. This is a time for your bf to get right. You might be able to get phone calls from him, and you should definitely write him as much as you'd like.
