Will sentence be affected by prior criminal history
my girlfriend is serving 4 yrs for possesion what does it mean in time when she has another case and they are pushing prior and persistant how long do you think she will get

The value of the crime is the other major element along with gun enhancements or violence will contribute. If you feel comfortable laying out the case, we will give you our opinion.
