Answers From Ask The Inmate

Q: My fiancé isn't happy with the module he was placed in. He has been locked up a couple of times in the past. During those stints he was in a minimum security module that allowed him to be outside of a cell most of the day. This time however, he is in a lock-down module with only 30 minutes a day out of the cell. Is there anything I can do or say to get them to move him? He is claustrophobic and this is causing him a lot of anxiety and I'm afraid it could lead to violent behavior. Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
