5. **Residential Requirement**: All participants receiving services through FCRP are required to reside at the FCRP facility.

6. **CDCR Oversight**: The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) makes final decisions regarding program placements and retains the right to remove participants from the program at any time.
