The Mayes County OK Jail is a low/medium-security detention center located at 34 North Adair St Pryor, OK which is operated locally by the Mayes County Sheriff's Office and holds inmates awaiting trial or sentencing or both. Most of the sentenced inmates are here for less than two years. Mayes County accepts inmates from surrounding towns, Pryor Police Department, and the US Marshal's Service.

The Detention Facility of the Mayes County Sheriff's Office operates the county jail facility which is under the direct supervision on the Jail Administrator Mitch Goodman.
