Located in Marion, OH, NCCC operates as a private contractor with various government agency agreements providing state-minimum custody requirements. Incarcerated individuals are permitted no more than five visitors at one time unless special arrangements have been made in advance. Individuals in special management housing are permitted visitation only on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
