To find an ICE inmate, please use the Detainee Locator System

ICE recommends you use the A-Number search. If you know the detainee's A-Number, it must be exactly nine digits long. If the A-Number has fewer than nine digits, please add zeros at the beginning. When searching by name, a detainee's first and last names are required and must be an exact match (e.g., John Doe will not find Jon Doe or John Doe-Smith). You are also required to select the detainee's correct Country of Birth. (cannot search for records of persons under the age of 18).

The inmates housed at this facility are placed according to their custody level (determined by a number of factors including the length of their sentence and the past criminal history). There are ample educational and vocational training programs for all inmates.

NWIPC ICE operates onsite to meet most of the inmate's needs, including dietary, health, fitness, education, religious practices, entertainment, and many others. Most private prisons are kept in top condition as they are constantly subjected to rigorous inspections and would like to keep a clean record to maintain government contra

GEO's operational ethos prioritizes detainee rehabilitation, offering an extensive array of educational, vocational, and therapeutic programs. Additionally, GEO Care's Reentry Services division plays a pivotal role in facilitating the transition of federal and state parolees and probationers back into the community. By providing housing, employment assistance, and rehabilitation programs, GEO Care empowers individuals to navigate the challenges of reintegration successfully. The collaboration between the Northwest ICE Processing Center and GEO Care exemplifies a concerted effort to address recidivism and promote positive outcomes for justice-involved individuals.

Visitation Information

Family Visits

Visitation is open 7 days a week including federal holidays. (Visitation will occur on holidays, regardless of the day the holiday falls on.)

Visitors must be checked in timely for each unit visit period, to allow for enough time to process an hour's visit. Sessions will be no less than one hour under normal conditions. In unforeseen circumstances, such as the number of visitors exceeding the visiting room capacity, the facility may modify visiting periods. Visit periods may be limited to help all signed-up visitors get enough time to visit.

During the pandemic, each unit will have a specific visit time slot available, two times each week, listed below. Units on quarantine will not be permitted to visit. If you are not sure, you may call the facility to ask before traveling.

Ask The Inmate

Ask a former inmate questions at no charge. The inmate answering has spent considerable time in the federal prison system, state and county jails, and in a prison that was run by the private prison entity CCA. Ask your question or browse previous questions in response to comments or further questions of members of the InmateAid community.
