It depends on the conditions of their release. Normally, there is a probationary period where the offender must remain in contact with the State, and they have to report and notify them of their living arrangements and employment. Some must submit to random drug and alcohol screening.

The federal sentences come with 15% goodtime credit going in.  If your fiancé stays out of trouble he will serve 28 months. If he has an alcohol or drug problem he might qualify for RDAP, which if taken would cut 9-12 months off the 33 months. Ask the Inmate about RDAP.

This is not totally up to the judge. The prosecutor will have to sign off and then recommend that the charges be dropped which would effectively release your inmate. This is not going to be a fast process so be patient

No special device required. All of the pictures are printed on high-quality picture paper, printed to the edge and with brilliant color and mailed into the facility. The incoming mail is inspected by the staff before it's handed out to the inmates.
