Attention
Due to the close proximity of the residents and staff within the facility, any person exhibiting any of the following symptoms is not permitted to enter:
- The temperature of 100°or higher
- Cough
- Difficulty breathing
- Shortness of breath
- If you have traveled to an area with travel restrictions due to COVID, as identified by the PA Department of Health or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) you are not permitted access to this facility until you have completed a 14-day Quarantine.

- Saturday 10 am - 3:30 pm
