Visitation Hours

Visiting hours for Two Bridges Regional Jail are subject to change, so it's crucial to confirm them by contacting the facility directly by phone. Please reach out to 207-882-4268, on visitation procedures, applications, or directions to the facility in Wiscasset. Please note that visitors will undergo a thorough search before entering the premises, and personal belongings, including cell phones, are strictly prohibited. Individuals under probation, parole, or community corrections supervision must obtain approval from both their supervising officer and the superintendent before visiting, although such visits are not typically approved.

General Visitation Information

Two Bridges Regional Jail - Visitation

PROCEDURE:

14.201 Visiting Eligibility and Registration Guidelines
1) Inmates in the Two Bridges Regional Jail shall be eligible for video and contact visits upon completion of the booking process and placement in a housing unit.
2) The inmate’s housing assignments will determine the day and time an inmate may receive video visitation and contact visitors.
3) Special Management and Mental Health inmates are eligible for video visitation and segregated visits unless there is a documented medical, safety or security concern that justifies limiting such a visit.
4) The Booking Officer will provide the inmate with a Video Visitation Request Form (Form 14.201a) during the booking process.
5) The Video Visitation Request Form will allow the inmate to identify up to six adults and three children that s/he would like to have a visit with during their incarceration at Two Bridges Regional Jail. The inmate will be responsible for insuring all requested visitors to register on www.tbrj.org or www.tbrj.renovosoftware.com and will provide TBRJ with a visitor I.D. number for each visitor.
6) Medium and Minimum Security Inmates who are actively participating in a TBRJ work program and are discipline free for more than sixty days will be allowed a contact visit by request only. In order for the contact visit to be eligible and scheduled the inmate must do the following :
a) The inmate must first fill out a Contact Visit Request Form (Form 14.201c) listing the visitors he or she is requesting for visitation
b) Once completed by the inmate the Contact Visit Request Form must be signed by two-officers of the TBRJ Security Staff recommending that the contact visit be approved
c) The TBRJ Security Staff will then forward the Contact Visit Request Form to the Support Services Supervisor to be reviewed.
d) If approved the Support Services Supervisor will forward the Contact Visit Request Form to the Asst. Correctional Administrator or the Correctional Administrator for final approval.
e) Once approved by the Asst. Correctional Administrator or Correctional Administrator the Contact Visit Form is forwarded to the Support Services Supervisor to be scheduled to next available weekend block.
7) The clerk/receptionist will check the video visitation list for victims and place non-victims on the inmate’s approved visitors list in the Renovo Software. Note: The visitor is NOT approved at this point. The inmate is only identifying who s/he would like on the video visitation form.
8) Inmates may receive video visitation and contact visits from a maximum of three visitors per scheduled visit. (K.14)
9) A potential visitor may log onto www.tbrj.org or www.tbrj.renovosoftware.com to schedule a video visitation and/or internet visit. In the event that a visitor does not have access to a computer or internet, they may contact the clerk/receptionist the business day before the scheduled visit between the hours of 0830 and 1600 and provide the full name, date of birth, and the inmate’s name for all visitors requesting to attend. For visits over a weekend, the clerk/receptionist will be contacted on Friday.
a) The clerk/receptionist will compare the names provided by the caller to the list the inmate provided TBRJ, as entered into Renovo Software.
b) The clerk/receptionist will verify the inmate is currently being housed in a housing unit which is scheduled for a visit the following day.
c) If the name coincides on the Renovo Scheduling Software the clerk/receptionist will complete the visit schedule form upon receiving the request from the potential visitor. If any of the names provided by the caller are not listed in Renovo Scheduling Software, the clerk/receptionist will inform the caller the inmate has NOT identified them as a requested visitor and therefore they are prohibited from signing up for a visit until such time the inmate changes his/her visitor list..
d) The clerk/receptionist will notify the potential visitor that all adults arriving for a visit must present a government issued photo I.D. or else entry to the facility will be denied. The clerk/receptionist should also provide the reasons they may be denied a visit upon their arrival to TBRJ consistent with Policy 14.203 and 205.
e) The 1830 to 0630 Shift Supervisor or designee will print the completed at facility visit schedule form on the Renovo Software at the beginning of his/her shift and deliver it to the booking officer.
10) The Booking Officer will conduct a background check using Metro and OMS on all requested visitors. Video Visitation and Contact Visits may be denied for the following reasons:
a) Being on current bail conditions (Contact Visits)
b) Pending criminal charges. (Contact Visits)
c) If a protection order or other court order prohibiting contact in between the inmate and the requested visitor is in effect. (Video Visitation and Contact Visits)
d) If a warrant for the visitor’s arrest is currently active. Upon the visitor’s arrival to the jail, the Shift Commander will contact local law enforcement to notify them of the situation.
e) The visitor is currently under supervision of Probation and Parole, or a Jail Diversion Program approved by the Sheriff. (Video Visitation and Contact Visits)
f) The visitor has been released from custody of Two Bridges Regional Jail within the last sixty (60) days. (Video Visitation and Contact Visits)
g) Any known convictions for Trafficking in Prison Contraband or trafficking incidents while in jail. (Contact Visits Only)
h) Any previously identified behavior during a visit which violated TBRJ rules and regulations governing visits. Any individual denied a visit because of 7a, 7b or 7e shall be offered a Segregated Visit. (Video Visitation and Contact Visits)
11) The 1830 to 0630 shift booking officer will complete the background check on the at facility visitors list and provide the Visit Schedule Form, accurately identifying those cleared and NOT cleared for a visit to their Shift Commander by the end of their shift.
a) If the booking officer during the overnight shift is unable to complete the background check on the visitors due to the workload of their shift, they will notify their Shift Commander. The Shift Commander will inform the arriving Shift Commander of their shift’s inability to complete the background checks on the visitors.
12) The video visitation schedule at TBRJ is as follows:

13) Housing unit officers will prepare inmates for potential visitors to ensure visitation can start on time.
14) Any visiting rule violations by either the inmate or visitor may result in termination and/or suspension of the visit(s).
14.202 Visiting Schedule and Scheduling
1) The visiting schedule includes opportunities for at least two hours each week for the privilege inmates to visit with family and friends, to include at least one weekend day and one evening during the week. (K.13)
2) The facility shall provide for special visits outside of visiting hours when necessary. All special visit times must be approved by the Correctional Administrator or Assistant Correctional Administrator. (K.13)
3) Visiting times will be as stated on the jail’s daily schedule and posted in each individual unit for the inmates to see.
4) For the public, visiting times shall be posted on the TBRJ website at www.tbrj.org or www.tbrj.renovosoftware.com or in the event that a visitor does not have access to a computer or internet they will be available by phone.
5) Visitors and Professional Visitors will be required 24hrs in advance to schedule a visit
6) Visitors and Professional Visitors will be required to give 24hrs in advanced to cancel their visit
7) Visitors and Professional Visitors will be given 24hrs in advance to cancel their visits.
8) Scheduling times for video visitation at the facility and via internet are at a first come first serve scheduling.


14.203 Visitor Entrance Screening
1) All visitors must arrive at the facility fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled visit. Visitors who arrive after visiting starts will not be permitted to visit that day.
2) Prior to beginning the visit, visitors will place all personal belongings (e.g. hats, coats, handbags, etc) in the visitor lockers located in the lobby.
3) Visitors must inform the visit officer or clerk/receptionist conducting visits which inmate s/he is visiting. All visitors must present current, valid, government issued photo identification before being permitted to visit. Acceptable identification will be, at a minimum, one of the following:
a) Driver’s License.
b) State Issued Photo ID card.
c) Military ID.
d) Passport.
4) The visiting officer or clerk/receptionist will scan the visitor(s) Photo I.D. in the identification scanner for verification
5) The visit officer or clerk/receptionist will enter all visitors into the Renovo Software. Information recorded in the Renovo Software must include the following: (K.21)
a) Name of inmate and visitor
b) Date
c) Time the visit begins and ends
d) Any other pertinent information
6) The visit officer or clerk/receptionist will retain the IDs at the visit desk to positively identify the visitors at the end of the visit.
7) The visit officer will escort the visitors to the Video Visitation room. The visitors will be shown their video visitation station and wait for further instructions.
8) If a Contact Visit has been approved in the secure perimeter visitors must pass through the metal detector located in the lobby prior to visiting with an inmate in the Two Bridges Regional Jail:
a) Visitors are asked to remove any items on their person that could cause the metal detector to generate an alarm. Items are placed, by the visitor, in a receptacle provided at the search area and returned upon successfully passing through the detector.
b) If the alarm sounds, the visitor is asked to step back and given the opportunity to search themselves to find what is causing the alarm to sound and proceed through the detector again. No visitor is allowed to proceed to the visit unless s/he has passed through the detector without causing the alarm to sound or by confirming acceptable metal items via the hand held metal detector.
c) If the visitor fails to pass the hand held metal detector successfully, the visitor is given a choice of being denied the visit or submit to a pat down search.
d) If the visitor agrees to a pat down search, the search is conducted by an officer of the same sex as the person being searched. All measures are taken to maintain the dignity of the person being searched to include conducting the pat search out of sight of the general public.
e) After screening all visitors, the visit officer will call the housing unit(s) and ask the housing unit officer to send the inmate(s) to the visit location(s).
f) Visitors that have successfully passed through the metal detector and/or search are directed by the visit officer to the visit location (e.g. General Visit Room, Segregated Visit Room.)
9) Any visitor found to be attempting to introduce contraband or engaging in any other conduct which is in violation of law may be arrested. (See policy 8.1000 Evidence and Contraband).
10) The visit officer shall deny entry to any person under the age of eighteen (18) whose visit doesn’t comply with Policy 14.210.
11) The visit officer shall notify the Shift Commander should they believe a visitor has arrived and is displaying signs of intoxication from alcohol or any other drug. The Shift Commander shall deny anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication from a visit and inform the individual they should not operate a motor vehicle. If necessary, the Shift Commander shall notify local law enforcement for assistance.
12) Any staff initiated refusal or termination of a visit shall be documented with justification in an incident report in the OMS and notify their Shift Commander.
13) Any visit refused by the inmate will be documented in the general log. (K.19)
14.204 Supervision of Visitation
1) All Visitation areas including the General Visit Room, Video Visitation Room, Segregated Visit Room, and Professional Visit Room shall be searched by staff before and after every visit noting any/all contraband found in the OMS with an incident report and notification of the Shift Commander of contraband found.
2) Video visitation visits will occur in the inmate’s assigned housing unit and in the video visitation room for the visiting family and friends.
3) All video visitation visits (via in the facility or on the internet) will be monitored and recorded for Visitation Rule Violations. Any violations of the video visitation and visitation rules may result in the termination of the visit and/or prosecution. (See Policy 14.205 Visitation Rules)
4) Contact visits with family and friends will be conducted under staff supervision. (K.16)
a) Contact visits will be conducted in General Visit Room
b) Contact for an approved visit per policy 14.201 between the inmate and the visitor will be a brief embrace and kiss at the beginning and end of the visit only. All other contact during the visit is prohibited.
5) Correctional staff assigned to contact visitation must remain in the visit room at all times while visitors are present.
a) The officer will be alert to the introduction of contraband.
b) The officer will be attentive only to the visit taking place and will avoid outside distractions.
6) At the conclusion of the visit, a second officer will be called to the visit room.
a) The assisting officer will return the visitors IDs ensuring positive identification of the visitors and escort them out of the visit room.
b) The assisting officer will enter the end of the visit into the Renovo Software.
7) The visiting officer will strip search all inmates, in the visit search rooms, prior to sending all inmates back to the housing unit. The visit officer will log these searches in the OMS search log.
8) The visit officer will communicate with the housing unit officer and central control via the radio which inmates are being returned.


14.205 Visitation Rules
1) Written visiting rules governing visitors’ conduct and responsibilities are conspicuously posted in visiting and public waiting areas.
a) A visit maybe refused or terminated if there has been a violation of visiting rules or there is reasonable belief that the visitor poses a threat to the safety or security of the facility, staff, or inmate.
b) Any refusal or termination of a visit will be authorized by a Shift Commander and documented with justification in an incident report in the OMS. (K.15)
2) The following is a summary of posted visitation rules
a) Visitors are only allowed to visit one inmate per day.
b) Parents will supervise their children during visits and will not leave children unattended on facility grounds.
c) Visits are restricted to three (3) visitors.
d) Passing anything to an inmate during a visit will result in termination of the visit.
e) Contact during the visit with the exemption of the beginning and end will result in termination and suspension of the visit(s).
f) Disruptive behavior by adults or children will result in termination of the visit.
g) No nudity of any kind will be tolerated during video visitation via at the facility or during internet visits. Any nudity will considered a violation of visitation rules and will result in termination and suspension of the visit(s).
h) The following items are not to be brought into the jail at any time:
i) Weapons
ii) Tobacco products and lighters of any kind.
iii) Baby cribs, strollers, walkers, car seat, blankets, baby bottles, etc.
iv) Phones or pagers of any kind.
v) Handbags or hand-held wallets.
vi) Briefcases, clipboards, notebooks, books, magazines, pictures, cameras or any kind of recording or playing device.
vii) Food or drink.
viii) No coats, jackets, sweaters, or hats. Professional visitors may be allowed to wear a sport coat or suit jacket if they can pass through the metal detector without incident.)
ix) Umbrellas
i) The following dress code will be followed:
i) No hats or head covering of any kind.
ii) No shorts except on children under 10.
iii) Dresses must be knee length.
iv) Shirts and dresses must have sleeves.
v) No see-through clothing.
vi) No low cut clothing and the bottom of shirts must come down past the belt line.
vii) No skintight clothing.
viii) No sandals without a heel and a heel strap.
j) All visitors must pass through the metal detector without any metal objects being detected. Visitors must walk through the metal detector with hands by their side. The Visit Officer may deny entry if the identification of a detected item cannot be resolved. All visitors are subject to pat search. The following items may be sensitive to the detection equipment and require further investigation:
i) Hair pins (can be taken out)
ii) Jewelry (can be taken off)
iii) Metal buckles or steel-toe shoes
iv) Under-wire bras
v) Metal buttons on shirts, pants, or jacket
vi) Surgically implanted pins, pace makers, etc.
vii) Metal belt buckles (can be taken off)
k) Behavior of inmates and/or visitors will be carefully regulated. Loud speech, boisterousness, obscene behavior or language will not be allowed.
l) Visitors may be asked to terminate their visit at any time at the discretion of the Visit Officer. Failure on the part of the visitor to leave when asked could result in the termination of their visitation privileges or criminal charges.
m) All visitors suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave. Refusal could result in criminal charges.
n) A current Military ID is acceptable; however, school ID or other forms of identification are not. If under the age of 18, the visitor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The juvenile must stay with the parent or guardian at all times. Children will be controlled and will not wander unsupervised.
o) Visitors will not conduct any kind of communication with an inmate through the outside fence area at any time.
p) If a visitor leaves, they cannot come back on that day for any reason.
q) Bathroom facilities are available to visitors in the lobby prior to entering and for inmates in their housing unit. There are no facilities available in the visit room. If it is necessary to stop the visit to use the restroom, that will be the end of the visit.
14.206 Legal Visitation
1) Attorneys or representatives of attorneys who are active members of the Maine Bar Association are permitted an unlimited number of visits with inmates for legal counseling during normal waking hours. (K.10)
2) Every inmate shall have unrestricted and confidential access and communications with the courts. Such access may be through video conference. Inmates shall have the right to present any issue before a court of law or governmental agency. Such access shall include:
a) An inmate has the right to consult with his/her attorney or the attorney’s authorized representative, at the facility, as often and as long as necessary. If an inmate poses a real and present risk of violence or escape, visits may be conducted under staff observation, but conversations may not be monitored. (K.21)
b) Inmates shall have the right to visit with attorneys or the attorneys’ authorized representatives, subject only to limitations necessary to maintain a safe and secure facility. Confidential visits and access to attorneys and their attorneys’ authorized representatives should be provided during normal business hours. (K.10)
3) Attorneys who do not possess an active Maine Bar Card or the authorized representatives of Maine/out -of- state attorneys (paralegal, special investigators, interpreters, ect.) who wish to visit an inmate must receive prior approval from the Correctional Administrator by providing a request written on his/her office letterhead.
a) The Correctional Administrator or designee will conduct a check prior to approval of the visitor, ensuring s/he works for an attorney.
4) Other legal visitors authorized to visit with inmates include at a minimum:
a) Members of the District Attorney.
b) Law Enforcement Officers.
c) Probation and Parole.
d) Members of the Attorney General’s Office.
5) TBRJ will allow video visitation via internet at all waking hours when a video visitation station is available for Legal Visitation. These conversations will not be monitored or recorded.
a) Video Visitation via internet will be afforded no charge to all verified court appointed counsel
b) All other legal visits will be charged the TBRJ set internet visitation fee
6) Video visitation visits will occur in the inmate’s assigned housing unit and in the video visitation room for the visiting legal visitor(s).
7) Legal visitors will enter through the public entrance into the lobby.
8) The visitor will check in with the visit officer, clerk/ receptionist or Central Control at the control window, identifying him/her self.
9) The visit officer or clerk/receptionist will log all above information into the Renovo Software
10) The visit officer will escort the visitors to the Video Visitation room. The visitors will be shown their video visitation station and wait for further instructions.
11) If the visit needs to occur in the secure perimeter the visiting officer or clerk/receptionist will issue the visitor a numbered visitor pass from the card holder.
a) The visitor’s identification will be placed in the card holder for the issued pass.
b) The identification and pass will be exchanged at the end of the visit.
12) Central Control, the visiting officer or clerk/ receptionist will request a Rover via the radio to respond to escort the visitor into the facility
13) The Rover will search all items the visitor requests to bring into the facility for contraband prior to allowing the visitor to enter the facility.
14) Visitors will only be allowed to bring those items necessary for the visit. Items that are not approved on the visitation rules or that would create a risk to the safety and security of the facility will not enter the secure perimeter.
15) The visitor will be required to walk successfully through the metal detector located in the lobby without giving off an alarm prior to being allowed in the facility.
16) If an alarm is given, the officer will ask the visitor to remove any metal objects that could be setting off the alarm and try again. If an alarm stills sounds, the officer check the visitor with the handheld metal detector located in the lobby.
17) The Visit Officer or Rover will escort the visitor into the Professional Visitation Room, video arraignment room or other location approved by the Shift Commander. The visit officer will notify the housing unit the inmate is housed in, via the radio, to send the inmate to the visit.
18) At the completion of the visit, the Rover will send the inmate to the housing unit, notify the Housing Unit Officer via the radio and escort the visitor out of the facility to the lobby.
19) Visitors will exit through the public entrance located in the lobby.
14.207 Professional Visitation
1) The process for checking in professional visitation refers to all professionals entering the secure perimeter or requesting video visitation including;
a) approved clergy,
b) approved volunteers,
c) programs staff not issued a TBRJ I.D.,
d) escorted contract staff,
e) Individuals conducting an approved tour or other professional visitors
f) All other professional visitors must follow procedures outlined in policy 14.201, Visiting Eligibility Guidelines.
2) All professional visitors will enter through the public lobby.
3) Professional visitors will check in with the visit officer, clerk/receptionist or Central Control, providing the following information:
a) Name(s) of visitors.
b) Who they are here to see.
c) Reason for the visit.
d) Agency/Organization they represent.
4) The visit officer will log all above information into the Renovo Software
5) All visitors will be required to show proof of identification by providing the following:
a) Photo driver’s license.
b) Maine State photo ID.
c) Military ID.
d) Professional photo ID.
6) TBRJ will allow video visitation via internet during all waking hours when a video visitation station is available for Professional Visitation at the set TBRJ visitation fee
7) Video visitation visits will occur in the inmate’s assigned housing unit and in the video visitation room for the visiting professional visitor(s).
8) The visit officer or clerk/receptionist will log all above information into the Renovo Software
9) The visit officer will escort the visitor(s) to the Video Visitation room. The visitors will be shown their video visitation station and wait for further instructions.
10) If the visit needs to occur in the secure perimeter the visiting officer or clerk/receptionist will issue the visitor a numbered visitor pass from the card holder.
a) The visitor’s identification will be placed in the card holder for the issued pass.
b) The identification and pass will be exchanged at the end of the visit.
11) The visit officer will search and/or inventory all items prior to entering the facility pursuant to policy 9.502
12) The visitor will be required to walk through the metal detector located in the lobby without an alarm sounding prior to entering the facility. As detailed in 14.203.
13) When the professional successfully passes through the metal detector or pat search, the escorting officer will provide supervisor to the visitor’s destination.
14) For professionals visiting an inmate the officer will notify the housing unit the inmate is housed in and request the inmate be sent to visitation.
15) Professionals will be directly supervised by security staff when outside of the facility’s designated visitation areas.
16) Upon completion of the visit, the officer will conduct, at a minimum, a pat search of the inmate and instruct him/her to return to his/her housing unit. The officer will notify the Housing Unit Officer via the radio that the inmate is returning.
17) The officer will escort the visitor out of the facility, exchange the visitor pass and identification and complete the tool inventory as needed.
18) All professional visitors will exit the jail through the public lobby.
14.208 Booking/Special Management Inmates
1) Inmates housed in the Booking Area will not be allowed contact visits or video visitation until s/he is assigned a housing assignment by the Booking Officer.
2) Upon being assigned a housing assignment, booking area inmates will follow policy 14.101, Visiting Eligibility and Registration Guidelines.
3) Inmates assigned to the Special Management Unit will follow policy 14.201, 14.202, 14.206, 14.207 with the following exceptions
a) SMU inmates receive visits in the SMU housing unit with the exception of professional and legal visits. These types of visits will be on a case by case basis pursuant to Policy 14.207 as approved by the Shift Commander.
b) In the event that Medical or Mental Health Staff has concerns about the inmate’s health that would warrant restriction of Visits they will enter these recommendations in the OMS.
14.209 Special Visits
1) The Correctional Administrator or Assistant Correctional Administrator may grant or deny permission for a special visit.
2) Special visits may be approved for, at a minimum, one of the following circumstances:
a) Special holiday (ie. Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.)
b) Emergency circumstances (i.e. Death of a family member, etc).
c) As an incentive to the inmates.
3) Visitors will be approved for special visits following policy 14.201, Visiting Eligibility and Registration Guidelines.
4) Inmates and visitors will follow all visiting rules as stated in policy 14.205, Visiting Rules.
5) Visiting procedures for special visits shall be conducted as stated in policy 14.204, Supervision of Visits.
6) Inmates wishing to request a special visit shall forward a written request to the Assistant Correctional Administrator at a minimum of 5 days prior to the requested date stating:
a) Type of visit requested (i.e. Contact/non-contact).
b) Date requested for visit.
c) Names of visitors requested.
d) Date of births of visitors requested.
e) Reason visit should be considered for a special visit.
7) The Assistant Correctional Administrator will review all request for special visits, meeting with the inmate if necessary within 3 days to verify all needed information relating to the visit.
8) The Assistant Correctional Administrator shall forward a written response to the inmate stating his/her decision and reason for the decision within 4 days of receiving the request.
9) If the inmate is not satisfied with the Assistant Correctional Administrator’s response s/he may forward a written grievance to the Correctional Administrator following procedures stated in policy 11.400, Inmate Grievances.
10) The decision of the Correctional Administrator shall be final.
14.210 Visitor - Person Under Eighteen
1) Persons under the age of eighteen shall not be permitted to visit with an inmate via Video Visitation, Internet Visitation or Contact Visitation(s) unless accompanied by the person’s parent(s) or legal guardian. (K.18)
a) A birth certificate or court document listing the escorting adult as the parent or legal guardian must be presented at the time of check in or the visit will be denied.
2) Emancipated minors will be permitted to visit with an inmate if prior approval is obtained in writing through the Correctional Administrator. A form of identification consistent with policy 14.203, Supervision of Visits will be required at the time of the visit. (K.18)
3) Persons visiting the Two Bridges Regional Jail, who are under the age of eighteen, are bound by all facility rules and regulations as stated in policy 14.204, Visitation Rules.
4) Parents with their unruly children will be told to leave whether or not the visit has been completed.
5) Minor children shall be accompanied at all times by an adult while in the lobby and during the visit.
6) In the event a minor’s only parent or guardian is an inmate, or if the parent is the victim of a crime and wishes to allow a minor child to visit, the decision regarding approval of the visit shall be made by the Correctional Administrator. If approval is granted, the minor(s) will be required to be accompanied by an adult.
14.211 Visitor - Ex-Inmate (K.11)
1) A former inmate cannot visit a current inmate unless they have been released from the Two Bridges Regional Jail for at least sixty (60) days. Only the Correctional Administrator or designee can approve a visit for an ex-inmate who has been released within the last sixty (60) days.
2) Persons with criminal records as identified in Policy 14.201(6) are authorized with written permission from the Correctional Administrator or designee to receive a Segregated Visit. .
3) Visitors must comply with all Two Bridges Regional Jail rules and regulations governing visits.
