Can Federal Drug Offenders Get Early Release From Prison?

I've read that article about drug offenders being able to apply to get released from prison early, I've heard a lot about that mainly being for marijuana?? So does it matter for what drug, and the amount of that drug found? Do they consider how long they've already done, how much time they have left, good behavior during the time they've done so far, and past criminal history?

This new law you are reading about pertains to federal inmates only. The second component is non-violent with not trafficking "king pin". If your inmate fits this criteria, write us back and we might be able to guide you as to what to do next to file for the reduction.
