Can husband receive mail in lockdown?

Hi! My husband is at Garner Correctional Institution/CT! is he allowed to get mail when he's on one week of lockdown? Or do staff keep them and deliver it after end lockdown? I have not experience a hole week, only hours or half days.

Inmates are allowed mail whether they are in the hole, lockdown...anything except terrorism
