Yes in most cases. Where that is not an option, an InmateAID number is a land line that can forward to any cell phone anywhere. The inmate dials a land line and it rings on your cell phone. You still pay the carrier for the call, but in cases where our numbers are used, the price of the call from the carrier is reduced by up to 80%.
