How can inmates respond to letters using inmate aid instead of their responding letters getting sent through US postal services?

The InmateAid Inmate Response letter system is also through the USPS. Inmates do not have Internet access. The inmate writes you a letter using our return address. We receive the letter and scan it into your account - Letters from Inmates. We then send you an email letting you know there is a letter there for your review.
