husband arrested for violating restraining order

my husband got jailed on Thursday. He was on probation and was on a court order to stay away from me. We both attended a job fair that day and he got picked up. How long will he be in jail in butte county

Depends on the PO's report and what the allegations were. In most cases, the offender has to do the remaining time on their original sentence.
