I purchased a letter through the inmate services and sent it to the inmate. I just found out that although the inmates info was up that he is not at the facility yet. He is getting a mental health screening. What happens to the letter I paid for and sent?

All we can do is let you know if the letter is returned. If it gets returned we will resend it for you. We have no control over your inmate's profile (set up by member/users), their movement or if the wrong facility was selected, or if the inmate is not located there.  Therefore, there are no refunds but as stated, we will resend it at no charge once you have located him.
