what are the general ruls for the Western Detention Facility

Hi! My fiance is three months in Western Detention Facility, I know the rules of the place, this is all new to me. A few days ago I did send three Christian books. I made it through Amazon. I'm worried because when making the purchase just asked me for the address of the destination, at any time ask me who sends the data packet. I fear that will not be delivered because the information is not "WHO" send. I live in Mexico. The deadline to submit is September 11 or 12, even if it will not delivery successful.
