What is the correct prison address for us to mail magazines?

I ordered magazine subscriptions for my daughter and used the corrections address to have them sent to and then she receives a jpay message stating that the 1st copy was sent to her p.o. box, how can this be corrected? How did this happen?

The corrections address is the physical address of the facility Lowell Correctional Institution for Women. In the state of Florida, the DOC has a post office address in Tampa where ALL incoming inmate mail is received.
