Getting bond revoked is a significant setback and the timeline for seeing the judge again is largely out of your hands.

When a bond gets revoked, the court is sending a clear message that it no longer trusts the defendant to comply with the conditions of release. That loss of trust does not speed anything up. If anything it slows things down because the court knows he is not going anywhere and there is no urgency on their end to move quickly. He will sit until the court is ready to address the full picture.

With multiple pending charges on top of the revocation, the court will want to hear everything together rather than dealing with each charge piecemeal. That consolidation makes sense procedurally but it means the wait can stretch from weeks into months depending on how backed up the court docket is, how complex the charges are, and whether any continuances get filed along the way.

The one thing that can meaningfully affect the timeline is having an attorney actively pushing the case forward. A lawyer can appear at status hearings, request that the case be scheduled, negotiate with prosecutors, and keep things moving rather than letting the file sit at the bottom of the pile. Without representation, cases involving revoked bonds and multiple pending charges have a way of dragging on much longer than they need to.

Get legal help in place as soon as possible and let the attorney drive the pace from here.
