InmateAid does not currently have a dedicated mobile app available in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you have been trying to find or reload an app you may have been looking in the wrong place and that is completely understandable.

InmateAid is a mobile-optimized website that works directly through your phone's browser. No download or installation is required.

To access InmateAid on your phone simply open your browser, whether that is Safari, Chrome, or any other browser, and go to inmateaid.com. The site is designed to work smoothly on any smartphone or tablet.

If you want quick access without searching every time, you can save InmateAid to your home screen. On iPhone tap the share button in Safari and select Add to Home Screen. On Android tap the three dot menu in Chrome and select Add to Home Screen. It will appear on your home screen just like an app and open directly to the site with one tap.
