Will a domestic violence charge affect my app for calls and visits??

My fiance hasnt been adjudicated in a dv charge with criminal damage and dc in az which I tried to get dropped along with my mother he won't write to get transferred. Will that affect my app for calls and visits??

You must disclose on your application that you were charged with domestic violence. The facility will decide whether or not to approve your application to visit, it probably will not affect phone calls.
