Encartele Inmate Calls
Encartele Inmate Calls charges about $6.00 per 15-minute call from the jail. We can save you $3.00 per phone call with a phone number matched to the lowest rate offered (if yours is not already at the lowest price). Folks that speak to their inmate several times a month will benefit greatly. However, if you are speaking once a month, this is not for you.
Instant activation, there are no contracts and the service is month-to-month, you get up to 1000 discounted minutes per month on the cheaper line (no-rollover minutes). But, you will have to place funds in Encartele or your inmate's commissary account to get the $3.00 per-call savings.
You can add money to this account online or at the kiosk in the visiting room using the number provided by InmateAid. With our Discount Service, your inmate will get more calls for their money.

Here's what you'll need to do once you've got our new number... Encartele offers two programs to assist with telephone communication with detainees:
Preferred Option: Have your inmate purchase calling cards within the commissary. Give your inmate the new local line and they will be able to call you directly bypassing the need to deal with Encartele reps on the phone altogether. If your inmate does not have the benefit of a calling card option within the commissary, then you will need to prepay the account at 877-523-2557 or online at encartele.net
Debit Account Funding: The Debit Account Funding allows money to be added to a detainee’s Trust Fund Account. Once payment is received a detainee is then able to use the funds to call any allowed telephone number.
