Beaver County Correctional Facility (BCCF) - Visitation

The purpose of the Beaver County Correctional Facility (BCCF) is to provide a secure, humane and fair environment and to create a positive opportunity for inmate behavioral change and reintegration into society.

The accomplishment of these goals and other mandated court requirements shall be facilitated through cost effective programming. Furthermore, qualified staff will create a positive atmosphere where participating inmates may advance to an environment, which is less restrictive.

It will be the responsibility of the BCCF and the department employees to provide services to include, but not limited to, any and all constitutional requirements verified by state statute or court of law. Confined in the county jail are convicted inmates serving time for crimes for which they have been convicted and other pre-sentenced prisoners who did not qualify for pre-trial release and are awaiting trial.

All inmates will be treated in a courteous manner without regard to personal prejudice to sex, race, religion or political affiliation.
