Under the leadership of Willie Dixon, the center provides program beds for 152 male community release participants from Florida Department of Corrections (FDC) prisons, aiming to support their successful reintegration into society.

At the heart of the program are Therapeutic Community Concepts, pivotal in fostering a drug-free lifestyle within social contexts. With clinical supervision, the center fosters a peer-led, peer-driven environment that encourages active participation in the recovery process.

Participants in the Community Release program are employed during the day, with opportunities for education, vocational training, and substance abuse treatment courses during their free time. They contribute towards room and board expenses, fulfill court-ordered payments, support their families, and save money for eventual release.

The center's substance abuse treatment and value-added services focus on imparting problem-solving, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and recovery maintenance skills, tailored to meet diverse needs. Programs include addiction education, adult basic education, Bible study, chaplaincy services, employability skills training, assistance with high school diploma attainment, HIV/AIDS education, job placement support, and substance abuse treatment.
