The Santa Rosa CI Annex, a male adult state prison located in Florida, operates with a capacity to accommodate 1,188 inmates and is dedicated to providing a range of programs focused on rehabilitation and personal development. Incentivized Recreational Programs, including activities like Acoustic Guitar, Dungeons and Dragons, Pickleball, and Shakespeare Behind Bars, promote recreational engagement and positive social interaction among inmates. These activities contribute to overall well-being and inmate morale within the facility.

Institutional Betterment Programs focus on personal growth and development, addressing areas such as substance abuse, financial management, life skills, and re-entry preparation. Programs like Alcohol/Chemical Treatment Series, Fitness Class, Money Management, and Super Dads aim to foster positive behavioral changes and prepare inmates for successful reintegration into society.

Substance Abuse Programs, including Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Substance Use Programs, offer support and treatment for inmates struggling with substance abuse issues. Prevention Programs like Castles in the Sky, Living in Balance, and Thinking for a Change focus on addressing risk factors associated with criminal behavior and promoting healthy decision-making skills.
